My father was in the hospital and had AAA (abdominal aortic aneurism) surgery. He was supposed to be discharged in two days. I was there to see him, but I was the only one that could be on the list to visit him, due to COVID 19 visitor restrictions.

He was doing great until that night when I had received a call from his surgeon, and he was in a panicked state! He said that the nurse called him in because a flu shot had been delivered to my dad’s room, the nurse had administered it, and now my dad’s respiratory rate had increased to a rate that he needed to go to back into surgery!

Supposedly, he had a blood clot which the doctor was able to clear up in his kidneys, but now they also discovered an ulcer. The ulcer started leaking gastric juices, so they had to reconstruct his stomach and part of his small intestine. That is just the tip of the iceberg too!

When my family had the first conference with the doctors, they had stated the reason why the flu shot had been given without an order, delivered to the patient’s room, and without a verbal consent or signed by my dad. It was because it was on the hospital’s protocol list when discharging a patient and supposedly because the benefits of the flu shot outweighed the risks.

My dad received the flu shot one time in his life and had a bad reaction to it, and he had told the doctor that! My family is living with unanswered questions, and we cannot come to complete closure knowing that what happened to our dad just wasn’t right! We tried reaching out to law firms, but no one seems to want to invest the time. We think it is because of the complexity of his hospitalization and the amount of time and money needed to be spent just to review his case. It is something my family would put EVERY dollar we have towards. We would live on the streets for the rest of our lives if that is what it would take just to hear the hospital, doctors, or nurses honestly answer our questions, admit to their mistakes, and agree that the needs of the patient come first. It would be worth it, because that’s all we are truly needing.

I turn to God’s Word to seek answers and to give me peace of mind. His Word truly is the only thing that eases my thoughts and answers my questions I have of life. In every way possible it helps. The Ten Commandments need to come into action in everyone’s life. Even if we just tell them to people that don’t know them; I believe this world would be a better place.

I pray that God will give His guidance, strength, courage, and wisdom to you and your family. I pray also that what you are doing helps bring these protocols to an end, and that the untrustworthy professionals do onto others as they would do onto themselves. I pray they will be held accountable; accountable for lacking the knowledge of the oath they took before given their credentials!

God Bless you Grace and family! The Lord will be with you because He always is, and always will be, forever and ever! Hopefully, you will be able to make sense of what I wrote.

My family is looking for any help with where to look for someone that will take the time to meet with us, hear the recordings, and look into helping us, so that we can come to closure. Any comments or information would be greatly appreciated! Take care and God Bless!
