An Update and Overview of the Lawsuit Timeline
I want to start with a timeline recap, to get everyone up to date: July 31, 2024

I have several things to report by way of updates:

First, now that we (me and the legal team) have had time to dissect the first round of depositions, our perspective is that our case is framed exceptionally well. Our responsibility is to keep our foot on the gas and not rest on the successes to date. June 8, 2024

Week two of depositions is in the books.

We had three doctor (two via Zoom) and eight nursing staff depositions last week Monday through Thursday. We have many more to go, most of which will be over Zoom.

Proving Collusion From the Top Down

In this longer monocast, Grace’s dad connects the dots as to the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind the collusion to cover up medical murder in the land of the fee and home of the slave.

The minions are truly ‘all in on it.’ Time is urgent. Covid was a warning; God is calling us to repentance. January 11,2024

I have received multiple comments, in the past few months, all attempting to point out that filing a lawsuit is wrong; because our rights come from God, the system is corrupt, et al. Yes, the system is corrupt. Why? Because it is part of the anti-Christ system. It is of the world. Even filing in the common law court, or electing out of tacit satanic agreements, can become idols.

A few quick updates:

The judged signed the order resulting from the October 30 hearing, resulting in the public filing attached.
The filing documents the rulings the judge made at the hearing and is now public record. November 15, 2023

The reaction from our victory on October 30th has been overwhelming.
Scott has been on about 30 interviews giving updates.

Last week we told you we were working on the scheduling of the next hearing. It will be at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, October 30th.

This hearing is even more important than the last one. There are two Partial Motions to Dismiss motivating this next step.

The judge sent a Notice of Hearing last week. It will be critically important to pack the courtroom like we did with the first hearing! September 12, 2023
Last week Scott met with the legal team again to work through our response to the latest Motions to Dismiss. Our sense is we are well prepared for the hearing we expect to be scheduled in the near future.

There have been two public filings since our last update. Both filings are additional Motions to Dismiss based on our amended complaint filed on July 28.

These are part of the legal maneuvering we were expecting, so no surprises here.

During this last week, the attorneys worked on the Scheduling Order.

Remember, we have a long row to hoe, even though we have a trial date.

As far as more current activity, Wisconsin Christian News and Children's Health Defense both published articles this past week that are very well done and can be shared with friends who are not awake to what is happening. We hope you find them encouraging. August 1, 2023
Scott explains the important aspects of the Partial Motion to Dismiss on two short video interviews. We also filed the Amended Summons and Complaint, as required as part of the July 14th court hearing. July 24, 2023
Scott had 13 interviews this past week and many more coming, as a result of Grace’s lawsuit being the first case in the country to have a jury trial set. Scott also met with the legal team last week Tuesday, and they are working on the amended complaint, which the judge requested be filed by July 28th.

Outcome of Court Hearing on July 14th

Thanks to all who supported, in person, online, and praying – related to Grace’s lawsuit hearing on the motion to dismiss on Friday. Things could not have gone better. Grace’s case was NOT dismissed, and a trial date was set. To Him be all the glory! God keeps leading the way! More Details Below July 10, 2023
Court Hearing THIS FRIDAY July 14th!

"The courtroom will be open for this hearing. You can attend, your family can attend, the public can attend." Scott is able to sit at the plaintiff’s table; he will only be allowed to speak if the judge calls on him. We are encouraging all who would like to support us that day to arrive, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT Court Hearing Update! We have some good news to share. We had previously reported that the July 14th Motion to Dismiss hearing would only be virtual. Our Wisconsin attorney e-mailed Scott this past week and said, "The courtroom will be open for this hearing.

You can attend, your family can attend, the public can attend."

This is a critical step in our case! June 27, 2023

All defendants in our lawsuit were served notice on April 25th.
The hospital, the five doctors, and two nurses had until May 15th to respond to the court, by Wisconsin State Statute. May 8, 2023
